Question:
In MapInfo, how is it possible to return a count of how many points are in a polygon? For example, using a table of customers by zip code, how can a count be returned of how many customers are within each zip code?

Answer:
Select Query>SQL Select and fill in the dialog box as shown below. Point_table is the customers table and Polygon_table represents the zip code table.
