Summary:
Printing translucent rasters not working.

Question:
When running MapInfo Professional 6.5 on Windows NT 4, it is not possible to print layouts with translucent rasters. The plotter never starts printing and the print job never shows up in the print queue.

Answer:
Make sure the printer output settings (Options>Preferences>Output Settings) are set to "Print using Enhanced Metafile (EMF)" and not set to "Print directly to device".
