Question:
How to disperse points that are located at the same X\Y coordinate location?

Answer:

Choose File>Run MapBasic program and select DISPERSE.MBX from the Tools folder underneath the directory where MapInfo is installed. Then, choose Tools>Disperse>Disperse Points to run this application and disperse the points in the table.
