Question:
User launches AnySite and there are no streets on the map.
How can this be resolved?

Answer:
If user has OEM StreetPro data installed:
1. First check to see that the OEM StreetPro data was installed correctly.
Using Windows Explorer and to go to MapInfo\AnySite_US\Data\STREETS and browse to see data does exist in that folder.
It should look something like this:

If there are no folders in the Streets folder. You can manually copy the folders from the OEM StreetPro data discs. Insert OEM StreetPro disc 1 of 2 in your cd drive, browse to
Data\Streets and copy the folders within that folder and paste them into MapInfo\AnySite_US\Data\STREETS. Repeat the same process for the OEM StreetPro 2 of 2
disc.

2. After you're done verifying the data is in the Streets folder, you'll want to run the Cataloger.
In the Configurator, click on Tools > Cataloger

Check all the drives that contain AnySite data and click OK.

**** NOTE: If you have installed Street ProŽ US or Street ProŽ Canada you will need to select the data directories when cataloging.
Street ProŽ US and Street ProŽ Canada default locations are C:\Program Files\MapInfo\Professional X.X\SPXXXX

5. Click on: File - > Exit.
