Summary:
AnySite 8.x (and later) and editing the Site Symbol Style and Site Label
Question:
How can user's of AS 8.x and later edit the symbol that depicts the site location?
If no Site Name was entered when geocoding to the Site, or if Site was manually placed, how can a Site Label be created/edited?
Answer:
1) To edit the style of a Site symbol, go to Map >layer control>edit layer preferences and select "AnySite - site" and hit "edit layer.

Then click on "styles" and click on the button depicting the current style:

and select a suitable symbol, size and color.
We changed the Site X style from Blue to Red.
Click OK thru the dialogs and save with the map preference.
2) To manually label a Site, go to Map >layer control>edit layer preferences and select "AnySite - site" and hit "edit layer.
Then click on "label" and at the "Label with" drop-down, you select "Expression" and at the next dialog, enter
the desired label text, surrounded by quotation marks:

Then click OK thru the dialogs and save with your map preference:
