The proper installation sequence for version 3.0 of the Geocoding Cartridge is as follows:
1. Run the installer for each component.
MapInfo Geocoding Cartridge 3.0
MapInfo Geocoding Cartridge 3.0 USA
2. Log on to SQL Plus as SYSTEM and execute MapInfoGeocodingCartridge3.0/install/system.sql.
3. Log on to SQL Plus as MISYS and execute MapInfoGeocodingCartridge3.0/install/misys.sql.
4. As MISYS, execute MapInfoGeocodingCartridge3.0USA/install/misys.sql.
