Answer:
To create an Oracle workspace:
1. Open an Oracle connection using the Open DBMS Connection option. If an Oracle connection is already open, go to the next step. If there is more than one eligible connection, a dialog box displays to allow a connection to be chosen.
2. From the Table menu, select Oracle Workspace Tools and Create Workspace to display the Create Workspace list.

3. Select the parent workspace for the new workspace to create from the list and click the Create button. The New Oracle Workspace dialog box displays.

4. Type the name of the new workspace in the New Workspace Name field, making sure that the name does not exceed 30 characters. This name is case-sensitive. Enter an optional description of the workspace if necessary.
5. Click OK to create the workspace.
Deleting an Oracle Workspace in MapInfo Professional
To delete an Oracle workspace in MapInfo Professional:
1. Open an Oracle connection using the Open DBMS Connection option. If a connection has already been established, go to the next step. If there is more than one eligible connection, a dialog box displays to allow a connection to be chosen.
2. Click Table>Oracle Workspace Tools>Delete Workspace. The Delete Workspace dialog box displays.

Note: The  icon beside indicates that the workspace contains modified table(s).
3. Select the workspace to delete from the list and click the Delete button. A confirmation dialog box displays.
4. Press Delete to delete the workspace.
