AnySite Batch Report Export and " A study area must be defined before reports can be generated " and " File not found. " Errors
Question:
Customer is using two MapInfo .TAB tables within the AnySite Batch export function.
Table A is a point table and Table B is a polygon table - the Customer is using Table A points to select Table B Polygons through the AnySite Batch Action "Draw Custom Boundary" where Table A Points are within Table B Polygons.
After Running the Report we see the "A study area must be defined before reports can be generated" error where Table A points do not fall within Table B polygons.
472 -- -- Draw Custom Boundary -- PDX_Squares_Small -- record not found.
472 -- -- Export TAB Report -- Business Report NAICS -- A study area must be defined before reports can be generated.
Customer also sees an error for Custom Boundaries that were created where Table A points fall within Table B polygons when exporting to a MapInfo .TAB file

555 -- -- Export TAB Report -- Business Report NAICS -- File not found. (D:\DOCUME~1\abcde12\LOCALS~1\Temp\~1~Business Report NAICS.dat)
When customer tried to export report to DBF - dBASE Format they see an error.
555 -- -- Export DBF Report -- Business Report NAICS -- Invalid xbase header size.
When customer tried to export report to CSV - Comma Delimited Format they see the data, but do not see any header rows.
Answer:
The customer uses Table B polygon centroid as the Site / Market layer ( instead of Table A points ) to create a custom boundary where Table B Polygon Centroid Point falls within Table B Polygon.
Using the same Table to select the custom boundary Table B Polygon, the customer is now able to export reports TAB - MapInfo Table Format, CSV - Comma Delimited Format and DBF - dBASE Format.
